“Coach Cynthia changed my mindset. I used to be afraid to increase my prices, because I feared my customers would run away. I used to listen to my sales people telling me: ‘the competitor gave another 5% discount’ and I used to give them 7% more just at the sound of the word ‘discount.’

In the first couple of months coaching, I increased my prices and my profits rose. I was so happy that I increased it again and again until 3x. And in 6 months coaching with Coach Cynthia, my profits increased 60%. I think every business owner knows that increasing prices will increase profits, but we don’t have the guts to take action. That’s why we need a Coach.

To tackle cashflow problems, I cut my D Customers and I created a rule limiting payment terms only up to 2 months. It used to be 3-4 months. And 2 weeks ago, I saw that my cashflow is positive. It’s never been positive before.

After 6 months coaching with Coach Cynthia, I have more free time. In the past, my handphone rang endlessly because I was serving my business and my clients. Now my business can run on its own. I could take a 1 month summer holiday in the USA and spend time visiting my kids there.
