Profile

A pioneer in this region by combining his workshops with "simulation games" (sometimes also known as management games or business games). However, these games are not child's play. They are fun and engaging to work on, and also have a very serious purpose – to help the participants to absorb their learning and carry with them back to their workplace.

He is the founder and managing consultant of Bizellence Consulting, and currently serves as the Branch Chairman of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (Malaysia Division, Penang Branch).

He has approx. 20 years of broad and extensive experience in the commercial and manufacturing industries. Throughout the years, he has gathered in-depth first hand knowledge in diverse areas, ranging from Finance, Costing and Taxation, to IT, HR, Administration and Marketing.

He has also acquired valuable leadership and managerial exposure through personal involvement, from setting up companies to managing and controlling multi-million Ringgit manufacturing company.

He played an instrumental role in helping one local company successfully listed in Malaysia's KLSE second board.
