Antonius Arif atau yang lebih dikenal dengan panggilan Arif adalah seorang expert Trainer, Counselor & SalesCoach. Lulusan S1 dan S2 dari Universitas Atmajaya jurusan Marketing Manajemen. Dan telah 13 tahun berkecimpung di dunia Sales dan marketing serta mencintainya.
Karena dedikasinya di dunia sales dan marketing sehingga pernah mendapat penghargaan sebagai TOP Achiever Award dari Metrodata (perusahaan yang pernah menaunginya) sebanyak 3 kali yaitu tahun 2004, 2005 dan 2006. Dan juga pernah mendapat penghargaan dari Swa magazine sebagai Marketer to watch 2006 dan pada tahun yang sama juga, profil dari Arif ini diliput oleh majalah yang sama pada akhir tahun 2006. serta beberapa kali menyabet sebagai Business Representative penjualan terbanyak beberapa produk dalam lingkup perusahaan seperti Acer Monitor, 3com dan lain sebagainya.
Beliau percaya bahwa semua manusia mempunyai potensi untuk sukses karena pada masa mudanya tidak lepas dari banyaknya kejadian yang membuat dia tetap teguh sehingga bisa menapaki karir hingga ke level Top executive suatu perusahaan.
