Merupakan salah seorang pendiri dari Humanika Consulting dan saat ini menduduki posisi sebagai Managing Director. beliau merupakan lulusan dari Universitas Indonesia menyandang gelar psikolog industri dan organisasi. Pengalaman sebagai konsultan dan trainer telah banyak beliau tangani. Aktif sebagai pengajar mata kuliah psikologi di beberapa fakultas seperti di fakultas Psikologi Universitas Pancasila, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi - Indonesia Maju, Fakultas keperawatan dan kebdanan - ISTARA, Fakultas teknik Industri di Universitas Pancasila.
Sebagai nara sumber di Radio DFM 103,4 FM setiap hari selasa bersama Bpk Suryo Sulaksono di acara Jakarta Sore jam 17.00 WIB dengan host Abdel Achrian dan Marcy Sahulata.
