Profile

Loy has been conducting leadership, communication and personal effectivity skills consulting and training since 2000 in Jakarta and Manila. He has an Australian TAA CERT IV qualification (Training & Assessment), is certified as an NLP basic practitioner, in DISC behavioral assessment, and in the practice of Balanced Scorecard.

Loy has been a resident of Jakarta since 1993, and often commutes to Perth and Manila which he also considers as his places of residence and workplace. He has lectured on post-graduate and undergraduate management subjects in various Jakarta-based universities as well as those universities affiliated with University of Western Australia (UWA), Curtin University in Perth and the Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA). He was previously in the Philippines the Training Director for both the Philippine Marketing Association and Philippine Computer Society.

Loy obtained his undergraduate and post-graduate degrees from the Ateneo de Manila University, completed the Executive Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM-Manila) and attended the Fujitsu General Management Training program in Tokyo
